As a business owner yourself, what type of introductory calls (some might refer to as “cold calls”) make the best impression on you?

I do not care for the majority of the cold/unsolicited calls I receive. What I don't like is auto dialed calls, robo voice call ( i don't care how realistic you think it is- I can tell) or people that call and pretend we have a relationship. The worst are "sorry I am not interested" and they keep trying to convince me I 'NEED' their service, or tell me I am an idiot for not using their service.
The ones I do take are the ones that ask if I have time, get right to the point and then ask to schedule a call for a an depth interview. I prefer this to them assuming i have a half hour to talk to them, just because they called.
