Having to be politically correct all the time.  We all have our biases and our preferences, but at these types of events, you have to "play the PC game" so you don't offend anyone with how you really feel.  Most of the time we already have an opinion about something/someone/some issue, but have to be careful about revealing it at "networking" events.
