What do you think is the biggest reason customers stop doing business with a company?

a lack of identification with the customer. Knowing what the true needs of the customer are. Understanding the immediate and future needs of that customer, and a lack of sufficient follow up and provision of the service or the delivery of the product sold. A customer will select based solely on price if all factors are equal, but that good old fashion human touch makes the customer feel comfortable and confident that the trust he has invested was not given in vain.
