Every crisis brings an opportunity: How might you turn this crisis into new revenue streams or diversify your income?
Answered by:
Last year I saw the economy headed toward a depression. I went to a business owners whom I greatly respected and discussed diversifying by taking over one of his companies. I knew I needed partners to do so . I reached out to former clients in business across the United States and Africa. Today my seven joint venture partners await the total reopening of NYC to begin the seven months of work we have done to prepare which included our approach back in February to the pandemic . We have created a new model that now we see others adapting. Now its about implementation of our business plan. As a consultant for 40 years in September, I always understood that with difficult times comes new opportunities.

Hi Geoffrey, when you say you and your partners are awaiting the reopening of NYC, does that preparation include a way to assess your risk landscape? Will these joint ventures include integrating physically back into the city and if so, what tools are in place to insure employees, visitors and people are safe? Thanks in advance for your reply.
