I am working diligently to help those families that lack technology, and to secure the necessary tools to survive the new normal. So I am trying to find resources that would help to fund these initiatives, including the issue of hunger which this pandemic has really put a spot light on poverty.
Reminding the public that small operations like ours with large rooms in the lodging part of Mountain Landing for families and the RV part which provides individual isolation with plenty of room between spaces is one of the safest ways to ‘get away’ and enjoy the safety and health promoting attributes of the outdoors and the mountains. At elevations like we have in Pagosa, UV light is more intense which promotes Vit D production while UV light helps deplete viruses. Come to the mountains for a safe vacation!
Last year I saw the economy headed toward a depression. I went to a business owners whom I greatly respected and discussed diversifying by taking over one of his companies. I knew I needed partners to do so . I reached out to former clients in business across the United States and Africa. Today my seven joint venture partners await the total reopening of NYC to begin the seven months of work we have done to prepare which included our approach back in February to the pandemic . We have created a new model that now we see others adapting. Now its about implementation of our business plan. As a consultant for 40 years in September, I always understood that with difficult times comes new opportunities.
Chaos, in the current Covid-19 context, is causing an unraveling with worked in the past. There are therefore new issues, concerns and dilemmas emerging caused by this unraveling for your market. Given the likelihood that these new issues, concerns and dilemmas will be around for a long time, reshaping your resources and assets to address these are clearly the pathway to new revenue streams. So the answer is absolutely yes, the crisis opens the door widely to new revenue streams and reliable income.
During this crisis, I have been fortunate to have my business be on a steady flow of seniors and veterans needing services, resources and/or healthcare while they are in their homes. I have also been doing Zoom Presentations for organizations which helps draw in or have them refer their clients/patients which has been a big help during this time. I am reaching out to Senior and Veteran agencies to remind them of the services that my team and I provide even in this crisis.
The only difference that I made was conducting Zoom meetings every Monday at 7pm since the pandemic put everyone on lock down. More people have been curious about working from home in the health and wellness industry. I have been doing this part time since 2014, now more than ever people are searching for another way to create another streamline of income. So having an app, e-commerce website and Zoom I can work from anywhere and reach many many people.
Best advise for now stay far away from real estate until it bottoms out.
We continue to offer cleanup and restoration after a fire or water loss in people's homes or offices. What we are receiving are calls from businesses that are reopening and have a sudden surge in power (be aware of overloading extension cords or smells in the electrical boxes) that are causing fires, or water damage with the surge in water from pipes that are causing water losses. We are also providing COVID-19 disinfecting for businesses to protect their staff and customers.
Crisis or no crisis one thing has been and will always be true, businesses need money and they need it for a variety of reasons.
After 3 years of searching, I've finally found a partner that I can believe in and trust and this is going to allow me to help small businesses with securing funding capital for the things they need to build and expand thier business.
I'm holding my classes outside. This way we can keep social distancing. Not make any contact with each other. Teaching and performing Kata, Waza's and techniques from the basics to advance levels.
