We invite you to join us at the Delamar Hotel on Saturday April 15th for 90 minutes of healing. Jenn and Chel will guide attendees through movement, breath, and meditation to align of spirit, mind, and body.
Caregivers, be it family or professional, are encouraged to be open to the opportunity to receive care just as they offer it to others. Fill your depleted cup, restore your inner purpose, and leave feeling nourished.
