Our full-service flooring store has been in business since May, 1989, when Robert and Patsy Norris first opened. We have a beautiful 4500sf showroom displaying all types of carpeting, both residential and commercial. We also display all types of ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stones and marbles, decorative tile, vinyl flooring, both sheet and luxury tile, hardwood and laminate flooring, also both residential and commercial types. We also display area rugs, make custom area rugs and binding. We are experts in insurance replacement work, having dealt directly with multiple insurance companies for over 15 years. Our membership in the Carpet One cooperative provides us with many advantages over other independent retailers, such as better pricing, better warranties, better products, more access to any product imaginable, quicker claim-handling in the event of a problem. Our in-house installation teams are certified and experts in the field. All work is guaranteed for at least a year, up to lifetime, depending on the product purchased.
