About Us
Dip -N- Clip Dog Grooming, LLC is owned by Michelle Evans. The business was established in 2005 and continues to grow mostly by customer referrals. I have been in the business since I was 17 years old (more than half of my life).
How We Got Started
I always wanted to work for myself and when I got pregnant with my daughter and just happened to have room in my house for a shop, I decided to go for it. That way I could work but still be home with my daughter.

I have wrapped bright colored ribbons around a tree in my front yard to let people know where we are. Every form of advertising that I have spent money on has not panned out. I do not get enough leads out of it to justify the expense
I just had a bad review on Angie's list but I am pretty sure the person made up the information. We didn't take care of anyone with that name or at the address that was listed. On the date he said we did the service we had all customers who have been back since. The price he listed is a price we...

I just had a bad review on Angie's list but I am pretty sure the person made up the information. We didn't take care of anyone with that name or at the address that was listed. On the date he said we did the service we had all customers who have been back since. The price he listed is a price we don't even charge. I contacted Angie's list and they are reviewing it for me. Said they will get in contact with the person, if they don't respond they will take it down. If they respond they have to be able to prove they came here with a receipt or something. People can be mean and a lot of people will try to destroy you out of jealously.
You could have flyers printed and post them at local parks and businesses also at veterinary offices. You could offer a coupon to your regulars if they refer someone to you. Good luck

I know it's short notice but the Harry Stevens Hot Dog day is this Sunday in Niles. They incorporate dogs into it with the wiener dog race. I'm not sure what else but maybe you could get a booth there
