Present your qualifications, both experience and level of expertise, in a down to earth manner. Eliminate the industry “big words” and jargon and talk like a neighbor over a fence. Make your audience comfortable so they’ll want to come back and talk with you.

Couldn't agree with you more. There are so many sites that fail to clearly describe their service due to the use of "big words". When you break them down there is still no meaning of what it is they do. Though that fad has faded over the years, many companies still keep doing it for some reason...
Thanks for sharing Gary! This is extremely important. By making yourself approachable and relatable you are more susceptible for inbound communication! I sure don't want to speak with someone I can hardly understand.
