About Us

Our mission is to provide vacation escapes that “return you to your happy place” again and again. What separates us most from other agencies is that we are truly travelers like yourselves. Our passion and love for new experiences that awaken the soul, create fun, and take us away from the daily grind is what brought us together. We are people who love to take care and service the needs of others.

We consider ourselves a small boutique agency, where the creation of the right package and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We are not dependent on pushing a specific product for a specific operator. Our individual travels, knowledge and life experience allow us to match the right planner with the right client. Our small size means you will always have direct access to us. And, we are not so proud to use our network of travel consultants to refer you to an agent outside our office when necessary to provide you the best service and planning for your dream escape.

Our motto: “No worries…leave the planning to us!”

I think like with anything in life, people will make a decision to travel based on their own fear levels of the situation.  Some people still remain at higher risk and some people will be risk takers.  At the end of the day, the return to travel will be on a traveler's comfort level. Only that individual can decide to what they are comfortable with. For some current new protocols will have them ready to pack their bags and for others, they will continue to wait and see the effects first. I know I have many of my clients ready and waiting to travel again.  For me, current protocols are enough for me to travel and feel comfortable discussing travel plans again with clients. However, not each airline, destination, or hotel is necessarily the same, so I do recommend working with a professional who is in touch with the tourism boards.

I then also send out courtesy reminders as we get closer and tend to build in a buffer on my end.  I also have clients that opt to make payments between deposit and final lessening the burden.  For me it's just about communicating from start to finish and setting the expectations upfront even before they book with an idea of what their payment schedule for their vacation packages will be.

What are your passions or interests?  What is it that you like to do in your spare time?  IF you had to pick a destination to travel to what would it be?  What do you consider your 3 main strengths?
