I handle it in a couple of ways. I may on occasion have a promo code from an event that could be used. If I think there is potential for them to be a long-term repeat client, I may offer a first time client promotion and offer 10% off (and make it clear it is this time only). If I feel the... If I think there is potential for them to be a long-term repeat client, I may offer a first time client promotion and offer 10% off (and make it clear it is this time only). If I feel the package/pricing is fair for what they are asking and do not want to discount I may say "okay, in order to meet your budget, what would you like to remove from the package we have created?" Don't sell yourself and your value short.
