We call Lake Nona our home, but we started as agents in Miami. With the collaboration and guidance of partner agencies we have sustained strong growth the past few years without steering away from our core values.

An insured contractor would have a certificate of insurance with him. The certificate will informe you of what coverage he currently has and what company (es) he has for verification. The contractor should have General Liability with Completed Products and Operations. One Million is standard but...

The contractor should have General Liability with Completed Products and Operations. One Million is standard but it vary. Workers Compensation is required by law for anybody working construction. A one man contractor may provide you with a Workers Compensation Exemption.
