What kind of client do you prefer?

I prefer both. The one without knowledge about my products, I get to explain and give scenarios and the one with some knowledge I get to possibly talk more freely without going into detail explaining what each term means but I make sure I cover all the areas because sometimes they think they know and they don’t which is understandable because insurance is not their field and that’s my job to make sure their questions are answered and protected properly.
