Yes, I have used it for a short period of time, but liked it. Just had too many shinny objects at once and reluctanly let it go. I have 6-8 databases (vacant houses, FSBO's, out of town owners, free and clear, high equity, low equity, etc) It also has a comping engine as well as a direct mail component. I think it's well worth it!
