My customer's are usually WOWed when they try IFS therapy for the first time. They are so amazed at how mindful they suddenly become and all the powerful insight that is gained. Their perception of the symptom, emotion, or whatever is causing them suffering is suddenly shifted and they feel a sense of compassion that is healing in and of itself. (more)
