I wish I knew the answer to that question. I have the same problem. I have gone through at least twelve workers and I am back to just doing all the work myself. I could grow my business more if I had just one dependable, good quality worker that would care as much as I do about my business but I can't find even one! And everyone else I have talked to, even in other industries is having the same problem here in the Denver CO. metro area.
