That is not uncommon. Otherwise, I think thank you and be open to send them referrals freely is a great way to go.

Suggestions: convert to a pay in advance system or pay in installments where the work doesn't begin until the installments are paid, or pay half down and the balance is due thirty days before you release the project. Put these terms in your contract. Hope this helps.
Yes I do, and produce them for others. I believe that videos have to be relevant and targeted to get pulled into Google. But they can also be used for websites to give customers a better understanding of your business and probably a million other ways.

Ask them to find a You Tube video that reflects what they are like. Or a song that reflects them. It will tell you a whole lot about their personality. You will also be able to see if they answered it truthfully or not once you begin to know them more.

Hands down the ones that knew something about me and our station, or that took the time to send a free offer to whatever they were trying to promote got in the door light years ahead of anyone else.
I understood what they were doing was marketing, but I respected the fact that they took the time to add value to my life, before asking for the keys to the gateway. Every time before the program ended I had told those people that I was rescheduling them for another guest appearance six months out. They got double their marketing efforts because they understood how to build a relationship. It's really never all about you.
I am a CN. Check with a holistic practitioner or a homeopath. Other things to consider are going to other countries that believe in holistic practices or holistic arts. Germany is one of those countries. An art would be like Ayurveda.
