For me the process is as follows: 1. Identify my needs. 2. Google ISPs in the region. 3. Visit their website, and take a look at the plans and services. 4. Shortlist those that seem to fit my needs. 5. Take a look at their reviews. 6. Contact them to know more about their service. 7. Consult on my needs a bit, procedures, upgrades, terms, etc. 8. If it's a good match, we are good to go. Side note, some things that are important to me are responsiveness and reliability. Them having a good website and being able to find the information I need on there is also a plus. PS: If anyone is also looking for VoIP phone service at such new locations, check us out.
