About Us
Joshua’s Catering is an off-site, full service catering company that provides clients with the best -- best flavors, best presentation and best service. We were one of the first companies in the Philadelphia area to embrace the locavore culture - recognizing the importance of natural, organic and locally grown foods and committing to a business model of sustainable practices. Our commitment to our clients shows in the form of fresh and tasty seasonal ingredients - many locally sourced, customized menus, and our passion to create a beautiful event for you!

Best way to deal with a PITA (pain in the ass) client is to have a PITA charge. Make them pay for the services they seem to find lacking in you.

Besides your FB, Twitter accounts we have found Instagram to be great too! Have folks write lots of reviews for you on Social Media and your Websites. Next I would suggest going to some NACE meetings. www.nace.org
We also put together trays that can be delivered to local gatherings that feed 50g. Word of Mouth is the best way to get out there, go to Open Houses for Venues you do work at and bring marketing material and food of course! Hope this helps.

I go to my Industry Events. NACE for Catering and ILEA for Event Decor. I have found that getting to know others in my related Industry such as Photographers and even others, recommend us, once they get to know what we do, what our Company values are, etc.
