It has truly been serendipitous, the way this journey started. I knew I wanted to be of service to others but was unsure of what that meant. It was not until I met probably my most challenging client yet, that I found what I was meant to do on this earth. I felt so many times that I wanted to quit but the servant leader in me, decided to rise to the occasion and choose to care for this gentleman the way I would want to be cared for. I knew I needed to connect with him. I knew I needed to build our relationship on trust. So, the way I connected with him was with the part of me that meant the most… family. Our relationship flourished and we became family.
