How Do We Logically Scale Up Administrative Staff To Serve More Schools?
Answered by:
Since you have a small staff of five, have an honest discussion of who is stressed the most, what needs improvement, what are your strengths and weaknesses. If you already have four schools, you have successful model. At a minimum, add one more office staff member who will become familiar with your model, the unique qualities of each charter school, your faculty, students, parents. This person can be an assistant to the office person who is most stressed by overload of daily processes. Look carefully at your office staffing, vacations, sick days, long term leaves? Who covers the workload? Or the new office employee becomes a specialist at something you wish to add to your expertise. Look at your long range plans and see what is needed to reach those goals.
Congratulations on your success
