Identify the officers and the key person in charge of education, events or what content you're proposing. If you present the idea to two people and they agree, it's imply a question of timing. Is this the appropriate time to offer this concept or would there be a better time. Also, plan at least a year in advance. PTA groups are very busy and usually run by the same small core group of people who are very busy. So keep the present concise and be efficient with use of time
