What Is the Best Way to Reach Parents of Teenagers Through Advertising? I Am a Tutor and I Want to Know What Source Parents Trust. (Math Tutor/ Certified Teacher)

Maury's excellent answer is great.
Karen, you need to realize why any parent would hire you. And appeal to those emotions. It's probably a lot deeper than 'to pass their kid's math course'.
Your message should be appealing to a higher level. You aren't teaching math, you are creating opportunities for their kids, ensuring greater access to colleges, giving the kids better resumes. This is about success throughout life, not passing a 2x + 3Y = Z math test.
Once you realize what you REALLY do, things take on a completely different focus. And that's what all parents want for their kids. SUCCESS. Not just an A+ in Math...
Hope that helps.
