Our Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday by appointment only 10am-2pm. We offer auto, commercial, home, renters, life and health. We also do business insurance. We are independent and have several companies to offer .We are family owned and operated since 1981.

Employee retention isnt that important to me since I am a family owned business but client retention is the most important. With so much internet competition and increased company rates it is hard for clients to not keep bouncing around to find the best deal.

Most people are miss quoting themselves but want to seek consoling from an agent when there is a problem.
It would only be considered a misstatement if at the time of the application the person had intent or in the process of changing gender.

Yes all insurance companies will do a insurance score which is called a soft hit on the credit. This also will base what your rate will be for insurance. The check isnt done until the client agree's to the insurance and at that point the credit score and the MVR is done.
