Sharon Ann Rose - Women's Sacred Rites of Passage
Sharon Ann Rose is an award-winning author, ceremonialist and holistic practitioner who has spent more than three decades walking alongside women through the thresholds of being human and alive.
Her work is rooted in a simple but profound devotion: helping women remember themselves.
Through intimate conversations, rites of passage, ceremonial practices and the cultivation of deep inner listening, Sharon creates spaces where women return to what's beautiful and essential beneath the noise, expectations and identities they've outgrown.
Many women find her during seasons of profound transition ~ relationship endings, midlife awakenings, grief, burnout, spiritual emergence, health challenges, menopause, or the realization that the life they've built no longer reflects the truth of who they are.
Rather than offering formulas for transformation, Sharon guides women into a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, their inner wisdom, and the living intelligence of life itself.
Her work draws from over thirty years of study and practice in ceremony, archetypal wisdom, ancestral healing, contemplative traditions, hypnosis, earth-based spirituality and transformational coaching. Those who work with her often describe the greatest medicine as her presence: a rare combination of depth, warmth, astuteness, honesty and unwavering compassion.
Sharon is the author of Faces of the Mother: A Feminine Path to Embodiment through Ancient Wisdom, Archetypes and Soul Fertility, a book that guides women around the world through cycles of descent, remembrance, renewal and return.
Today, her work centers around The Aliveness Process™ ~ a living body of wisdom devoted to restoring self-trust, inner safety, embodied wholeness and source intimacy.
At the heart of it all is remembering ~ Stop. Breathe. Pause. Rest. Relax.
You do not need to become someone else.
You're being invited to come home to the truth of who you honestly are.
As the youngest of 4 daughters, I grew up watching women closely.
I witnessed their intuition, creativity, heartbreak and strength. I also witnessed how the feminine way of knowing was overlooked in favor of striving and proving.
I was always drawn to the deepest layers of life. I wanted to understand what lived beneath people's stories. Why we suffer. How we heal. What allows a human being to come fully alive.
For more than 30 years, I've explored feminine wisdom traditions that help us remember who we are beneath fear, conditioning and self-abandonment. Along the way, I've walked many of the same thresholds my clients face: loss, motherhood, relationship changes, health challenges, spiritual awakenings and the humbling process of beginning again.
Over and over, life has brought me to this same realization: what we're seeking is rarely found by becoming more.
It's found by returning.
Returning to what's alive within us.
This is what has shaped me, my life and work.
