About Us

I offer a very broad range of services. To make it simple, there's not much with a circuit board that I can't figure out and either repair or tell you your best options. At the moment, I'm doing onsite work until my store location in Prairieville is up, ready and presentable. I can still meet up with you at the store location by appointment. In the meantime, I'm in the Baton Rouge area nearly every day.

COMPUTER REPAIR
Builds, upgrades, repairs and then some. No, I don't change tablet and smart phone screens. I can take care of every other aspect of the software when it comes to tablets and smart phones. Yes, I do repair laptop and All-In-One screens. I don't care if it's a Windows or Apple platform when it comes to the computers you need fixed. I work on them all.

WEB and E-MAIL HOSTING
I have my own servers and can handle your website and e-mail needs. If your business would like to host your own from your own office, I can take care of you as well.

VIDEO DIGITIZING
I can convert your VHS and Betamax (Yes, Betamax), 8mm and many other formats to DVD or any other preferred digital format.

Being new to Alignment, I'm only posting so much at the moment until I have my store location ready, but will gladly take your questions via phone or online about other services that I can do. If you go to my web page, there's a link to contact me directly. I definitely look forward to hearing from you and especially making more contacts in the Prairieville and Baton Rouge area.

Products & Services
VHS and BetaMax digitizing for your old home and family videos. (Yes, BetaMax) 8mm digitizing is coming soon.

Just because you're good at a job doesn't mean that people will want to deal with you, especially if you have a sour personality. Customer services revolves around good communication skills in every field. That being said, the communication is another BIG factor. Relaying to your customers what's happening in "down to Earth" terms makes them feel more secure of what's going on and how confident they are in your correcting their problem. Now, what makes the ultimate customer service? Knowledge. Knowing your profession or product backwards and forwards with a smile on your face and a good personality will almost imprint "SUCCESS" on your forehead as you meet new customers. It's not how you dress. It's not how well you can make them laugh. (That's for the dating scene.) In the long run, you can print up a million business cards and pass them out like candy, but the "word of mouth" will ALWAYS be your best asset. If you pass out your cards to a group of 5 people randomly in one room and just ONE of them gives you a bad review, those other 4 cards most likely won't get you very far.

I'm just as good as the next guy down the road. I'm better in some areas and not quite as good in others. There's always someone out there that knows more. How effecient you are with your time definitely makes a difference, though. If you keep your prices low and can get the job done in 30 minutes with a 1 hour minimum charge, you can technically double up your wages per hour and still be a miracle to your customers with the low price AND being able to get out of there and on to your next customer EARLY. (They tend to like that.) Yes, there's an appreciation for experience, but just because you've been doing your job for 30 years doesn't mean that someone who's been doing it for 15 doesn't know just as much and could possibly do it more effeciently than you can. Never underestimate your competition.
