Yes, and no. My very first job was in customer service, so I understand it very well.
The banking industry as a whole is very structured, but I believe in listening to my customers and their issue, and giving them a good knowledge base and the proper training for what ever service I am providing and 99% of the time I can come up with a solution that works for everyone
