Be honest from the get go. Disclose all fees up front. Treat every client like a friend or family member and get them the very rates and programs that FIT THEIR NEEDS. Keep the clients and realtors updated throughout the loan process. Thank them for their business and ask how they felt the process went. I have always believed that happy clients and realtors will result in future referral business.
