What's your favorite customer success story?

My customer success story is also a life lesson story. Approximately 25 years ago gentleman came to my shop and needed a few pieces of wood cut to specific dimensions. It did not take but a few minutes to do the cuts. As I handed him the pieces back he asked how much he owed me." No charge", I replied. He thanked me and went on his way. Several days later he returned with a blueprint in his hand and told me he was looking for a good cabinet shop and my small act of kindness made a big impression on him. I have now done more projects than I can remember with him.

What a great story in reciprocity. Your generosity paid off big time with this person. He saw in you that you were not there to take advantage of every nickel and dime, but there to serve people.
This is a wonderful story and shows that giving back pays back two fold
Hi Daniel,
Great story! We are a wood manufacturing/fabrication business. We have walk-ins regularly that only need a small amount of milling done to wood that they already have - not purchased from us. You never know who is walking through your doors, what project they may have coming up and who they know and pass along your kindness to. In general, it's good to be "good to others" - pay back comes around in generous ways.
