Of course, small business wants typically keep start-up costs down, which is understandable, but when your company is facing a big problem is not usually the best time to go shopping for an attorney. Larger companies have a General counsel, either on staff or on retainer. Small business should at least find someone to start a relationship in case legal advice is needed. In fact, I would suggest you have at least a short chat with an attorney that could act as a general counsel before you even start your business. Every business will have different needs but it good idea to speak with someone and get a good overview from the start. I would look for attorneys that work on a flat fee basis rather than ones that charges by the minute. Also, someone with a wide range of experience where he can advise you on many different matters or when needed find an attorney with necessary expertise in a specific area. We offer Corporate Counsel packages that may be helpful. I will be posting about them shortly.

i hope my clients believe I care about their and about them as people. Clients want good service but they also prefer not to treated as a number. Automation makes communication easier and more efficient but we should not forget the human touch. (more) i hope my clients believe I care about their and about them as people. We use a client portal to share documents, calendar events tasks and billing. I set aside time in after noon for client phone calls. (more) We use a client portal to share documents, calendar events tasks and billing. I set aside time in after noon for client phone calls.
