His active career span from 1964 - 1995 the year that he died at the young age of 53. His musical style was jazz and avant-garde jazz. From 1975-1988 he was co-leader of the George Adams/Don Pullen Quartet and from 1990 he had a connection with African Brazilian Music til his death in 1995 and he emerged as a leader in 1975. I had a customer tell me that "he don't want to buy anything I just want your money" so I told him that's fine with me let me have your bank account number and routing number so I can get that to you. He laughed then hung the phone up and I haven't heard from him since then He use to call my store occasionally with the joke but I guess it backfired on him this time but he never called me again, God's blessing.
