With grace. I  finish whatever project I am working on for the client, and make sure I am too busy to begin another project for that client. Having given my word to do a job for a client, I cannot go back on my word, as my word is my bond. Therefore I will do the best I can do to complete that job and make that trying client thrilled with the results, so he or she has no room to give a bad reference.

The one thing I  have always strived to do as a businesswoman is to make sure I keep my word, even if it costs me to do so. My reputation for keeping my word and doing an excellent job, is more important than my inconvenience over an inconsiderate client.

The one advantage I have as an author coach, the book comes to an end and with that so does the project. LOL
