I applied for the Eidl loan. When I called I was told that they had my tax returns for both years. Then I got an email saying that my application was denied because the address was different. I refilled out the form but now I'm being told it will take 4 weeks. I don't understand why it takes so long and if I should just reapply and not wait for the reconsideration.
