Part food, music, art, and all fun,Poutine Your Mouth is a cognitive eating experience unlike anything before. The stage is an art cart, a food cart that welcomes all to taste, experience, interact and enjoy. The art cart will attract patrons with lights, art, and an open feel. Built in LCD displays will rotate informational vignettes around various sometimes controversial food topics to entertain, challenge, and perhaps enlighten. Guests will congregate. Enjoying shade under solar panel umbrellas, eating amazing simple food, while chatting up other visitors. While charging mobile devices, the music will be impossible not to groove to and the information will intrigue all into a sensory experience, so much so that one may be torn to leave.
