What the concerns, dreams, hopes, and fears of your proposed target audience and provide content that address their experiences and needs in a rich, valuable, and positive way. By doing this you show that you really do know your stuff and by showing how much you know, you build their trust in your abilities and your knowledge. Once they are warmed up and out of the cold then it's appropriate to gently solicit services in the context of a solution to a discovered need.
