Sure, it’s a biased opinion, but SkyTab - powered by Shift4 is in my opinion by far the best value in the POS industry. With no up-front costs, SkyTab programs the POS, installs it, provides on-site professional training and supports the device and the software for the lifetime of the system.
The POS allows payment and ordering at the table, integrates directly with DoorDash and Uber Eats - eliminating the need to have third-party tablets for order aggregators.
As an added bonus, If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the device with no further obligation.

There are a lot of great tips in the replies here. The only thing I would add is to try to think less on selling, and focus more on being a creative problem solver. Your personality is what it is...You can't fake being an extrovert, it just doesn't work that way. If your product or service is truly a value to your merchant prospect, and you are really good at what you do, then there are people out there that REALLY NEED your product or service. When we focus on what we have to offer in the form of a solution, and less on what we can extract from someone else in the form of making a sale, it feels better...more natural. Every time I am front of someone, whether it is a sales call or a networking event, I'm looking at it from the point of view as a friendly helper, not someone who has to "sell something". By asking questions and getting to know if this person needs your help, you can stay on task. By truly being interested in them and their needs you just might begin think less about you being an introvert, and more about being a creative problem solver that cares about your prospect and their needs. That's when the sales process can begin. Good luck.
