About Us

Also known as conversion optimization, we put your website under the magnifying glass to find out where you're leaking sales, and then we go to work to plug the leaks with:

SEO - if you're not getting traffic, your website has no one to sell to

Website Architecture - If your website doesn't take your website visitor by the hand right down the sales funnel, you're leaking sales

Messaging - If your website visitors don't know what you do or that you do it better than your competitor, your website is losing sales

Persuasive Psychology - If you can't convince your visitors to call or submit a form, you're leaving money on the table

Usability - If your website visitors can't find what they're looking for, or they don't know how to get from point A to B, you're losing sales

Website Functionality - If your website is too slow, too confusing, or it breaks, your visitors are running away

We have 3 packages to choose from:

Takeaway - We perform an audit of your existing website, then create a plan for you to implement yourself. Comes with a followup review with recommendations

Makeover - Kat & Mouse does it all on your existing website (we first determine if your site has what it takes - most do)

Fresh Start - We build you a brand new optimized website from the ground up

Price depends on what we find in our initial audit and what we recommend.
Results? Priceless.

Most of my clients come to me after paying thousands of dollars over time to either scam artists or what I call the well-intentioned but ill-equipped. Mostly it's the later. Those are the $199 consultants who do nothing but run a report at the end of the month for you, or who pay for backlinks in a private blog network (PBN) that will eventually get you penalized and then you have to pay someone for dozens of hours to clean it all up. They're well-intentioned though because they don't know better. It's true. I'm cleaning up for a painter client right now. She has over 13,000 bad, spammy backlinks that are hurting her. So please don't price shop. Shop for excellence. SEO takes time and expertise. It also takes content marketing and usually social media marketing too. And all that definitely takes time. But once it kicks in for you, there is no better ROI. I have 3 personal injury law firms that I got #1 back in 2000. They are still #1 with no more SEO since then! So for a few thousand dollars, SEO has returned for them tens of millions of dollars. I am not exaggerating. But things are definitely different these days. It is much more competitive. And results are never guaranteed. That makes investing in SEO scary, which, again, is the reason you really want to hire right. I'd also like to recommend www.localu.org. This is a traveling "university" that teaches local business owners how to do it themselves. The teachers are the best in the world, and the cost is extremely affordable - usually $89 for a full day of training. Look for one of those near you. If you can't find out, offer to organize one. It would be worth your time. P.S. Unlike Adrienne, I could not find you in Google on a search for "massage" + your city. So you really do need some SEO. Part of SEO is your website and I agree with others about WIX, particularly the one-page theme you're using. I'd recommend moving over to Wordpress. There are some beautiful drag-and-drop themes for WP that are pretty easy for the novice to use.
