My biggest issue is finding the right people to work on a website.  Keeping it current without spending a ton of money.  I'd would ultimately, like a site that I could add minor content myself.  It is very frustrating to need changes or added info and no one responds for days or weeks.  Being a one person office, I can't afford a $2500 monthly retainer for ecommerce specialist.  At this point, I don't market by relying on the website to bring customers.  It's informational for the prospects I send there.  I have new programs available and I couldn't get them listed with links on my site.  I might have solved this situation this past week but it's a wait and see!
