Not the easiest answer to give.  I believe, for me, it's been the fact that I have been in this industry for many years and have always maintained a stellar reputation.  Stellar meaning: being honest, providing what I promise and exceeding a clients expectation.  This leads to referrals which is probably the biggest asset in any business.  Everyone says they offer quality, but it's value that really matters.  Now back to work!
