I love freedom in every area of my life and saw the massive need for an insurance agent who cares for the client and displays integrity. Being a life coach flowed effortlessly with understanding the needs of the insured and my team of agents. Allowing compassion to guide enables us to reach more people and protect more lives.

My advice is to know your deep rooted "why you're pursuing your business." If that isn't strong enough you will not be able to make it through the challenges and there will be many. Do not doubt your ability and believe in your business. Surround yourself with those whose values are in alignment with yours and have set a successful course from which you can learn. BE PATIENT, building a successful and sustainable business takes time and investment in yourself for preparation for what is ahead.

An important question to ask is, “how passionate am I about this business choice?” A person can be an introvert and still excel in a venture that’s out of their comfort zone. There is a need to take intentional actions for this growth and shift to take place. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, and will encourage you.
