You go out on FB, IG, YouTube, and Twitter, but you come home to do real work and then relax . Websites are more important that most know. Always see your website as the home of your business. Social media is changing, algorithms are changing daily, they're blocking and shutting us down. Own your home, own your website.
I like Linkedin. I do not know how to use it for business, however it's a great platform to meet other great professionals. Continue to post and go live.

What I mean by this, you client/customer can tell you a lot about them, if we only listened. 5 Try sending them a text or email saying "We've missed you..." and include something nice with it

Record a short promo and ask 3 Barbershops, 3 hair salons, a Dentist office, and Doctors Office. if you can place a thumb drive in there TV to play your promo 2x a day during there busiest times. Also, post the promo on your FB, IG, and YouTube. Create a deal for your customers that they can't resist. Record a snippet of the inside and outside of your B&B. Word of mouth is always great. Take advantage of big concerts and events taking place in your area. Advertise a few weeks before they start. If possible, try advertising on Air BnB. All the best to you.
A contract that states the percentage of the deposit and give them 30 days to pay the rest in full will help prevent future problems like this. We all learn from our mistakes. Sorry this happened to you.
