What are your favorite ways to show your customers how much you appreciate them?

We at Step and Repeat LA love to see how our backdrops were enjoyed at events, so we send our customers Starbucks gift cards when they send us photos of their backdrops from their events. If a customer writes a review we send them a cool water bottle or backpack or phone accessory or tape measure. At Christmas we send our top clients gift boxes that we personally create with unique items. Throughout the year we create fun games or giveaways. On an on-going basis, we show appreciation by answering the phone and not letting the calls go to voicemail, responding to emails as quickly as possible, giving fast quotes, fast turnaround and treating each customer's event as if it was our own.
