Realtors, what type of closing gifts do you normally do?

I have an inactive real estate salesperson license so have never bought/sold like the rest of y'all, only relocation and inventory management.
I was talking to several of our teammates though and they had well-thought out inexpensive gifts like tools for new home-owners, etc. rather than cookies 'n cocoa, etc.
But other than that, not much experience...thanks for asking...byoung

Yeah we don't do cookies and cocoa. We do gift baskets using small furniture as the "container" along with home decor and high end crystal glasses with champagne. Think "new modern" gift baskets, not old school wicker with cocoa.
