I have had some of those situations, what i do i change in that particular moment what is happening by making them looking or paying attention to other different thing, I make a joke and the next moment i can get back to the main issue i ask the mos questions as I can about the process in the way that they need to help me to understand...

I mean: If I'm training and one of my guys needs to do something in a tablet and he does not know, I come closer and I ask him, can you help me to discover exactly how does it works. I never say, don't worry it is easy. In that context that have a negative meaning. Exploring to help other to understand is much better they feel they can and confidence comes back to them. I use to unlearn to be open at any change.
