Neither, I would bring on board a part-time employee to see if they have the skills, and work habits

before investing time and money into them. I would train the employee and also see if the employee

is a thinker and motivate to work and, what contributions to the business they bring to the table.

If all else fails, then I would hire a temp service to help me find the perfect employee for my

type of business and needs. They have the tools and experience to find the right fit.
