Referrals, mostly. You need new non-referral business too, of course, however you can get it best in your market. However, my measuring stick is this: Did I do such a good job providing product and service to my customer that they will only have positive conversations about our work? In other words, if they ever say "yeah, they did a terrific job, but...". Do everything you can to make sure the word "but" never leaves their lips when they're talking about your company.
