How do you respond to your clients who are unwilling to take your professional recommendations?

"You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink." A popular adage that seems true when we give professional advice to clients and they refuse to take it. The key to success is buy in. Part of the overall change management process is including your clients in the discovery and development of the strategies you are looking to implement. Their participation and buy in will help them be more vested in the process and outcomes.
