About Us

With four decades of experience in the security industry, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and executive-level strategic insight. My career spans hands-on system installation, large-scale operations management, and ultimately leading a multimillion-dollar security company as CEO and co-owner. I have built and managed high-performing teams, implemented measurement systems that drove significant revenue growth, and developed training and advancement programs that strengthened organizational performance at every level.

As an Executive Security Consultant, I leverage this experience to help organizations design, evaluate, and optimize their physical security programs with a focus on resilience, efficiency, and measurable results. My approach combines deep industry knowledge with practical, results-driven solutions—aligning security technology, operational processes, and organizational goals.

I specialize in helping companies improve performance, modernize systems, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and build scalable security strategies that support long-term success.

This is where they are getting their statistics saying that it will raise 900 thousand to 1.1 million out of poverty. That is false, forcing small businesses to raise their minimum wage to $15 an hour could potentially reduce jobs that a small company offers. Example if you have 10 employees making $12 per hour your hourly labor cost is $120 plus all the loaded cost associated with that. This could cause a small company to reduce their employees by 2, which would give them 8 employees at $15 per hour their hourly labor cost would be the same plus all of the increased taxes. This could have an impact on unemployment, which would increase unemployment tax. Small companies can only raise their prices so much before they have to start laying off more people. This does not impact large companies it only hurts the small businesses who employee approximately 47 percent of the work force, there are 32 million small businesses in the Untied States, these businesses play a significant roll in the economy. This mandate could reduce the number of small businesses and the number of people employed. This is my opinion only.

Stay on top of your accounts payable and your accounts receivable, look at both everyday to make sure you are not 60 days behind or that your clients are not paying on time. As a business owner look at the cashflow everyday know where the cash balance is at. The next statement is easier said then done, establish two bank accounts one for the operating budget and one for your payroll and know your expenses. We also established a line of credit as an emergency fund.

The CBD business is just like any other product you will have knock offs, some of the product will not be up to standards. It needs to be regulated by someone, maybe not the FDA but an organization that knows the product and procedures. One of the reasons that the FDA and government are now thinking of getting involved is it is starting to hurt big Pharma, and they see CBD as a legitimate product that does work.

We currently sell a cloud based system that helps police departments and merchants view live activity or past activity. These systems also help merchants track when their activity is low and helps them analyze the slow times so that can increase those times. Cameras are a great tool if used in the right way, if a company is using them to watch their employees them there are bigger issues going on. An example of using a camera system in a proactive way: the camera analytics can determine what night is slow and the merchant can use this information to increase sales on that particular night. There several positive ways to use the information from a camera system, it is unfortunate that the perception is they are used to spy in people.

In either case whether the project is a small project or a larger project remember you can't be everything to everyone. Making sure that you do not exceed your resources in either case is important, if you have all of your resources on one project then it is very difficult to accept more projects. Put yourself in a position of under promising and over delivering, which from experience leads to more work in most cases.

Walk the talk people observe what you do, your actions should match your words. Know what type of culture you are and let it evolve with the people you have. Value what you recognize, reward and recognize employees. Create a passionate environment, inspire people to make changes. Network with the people, interact with them so that you know them, know what is really happening on the front lines. A good culture of a workplace makes the organization what it is. The culture of a company creates a unique brand for your company which helps you stand out amongst your competitors. It also defines standards and sets procedures that give the company and employees direction to conduct businesses. Culture unifies people and allows them to learn from one another. Every company operates under a different type of culture, know yours so that the culture of your company can grow.
