As you know, Google local maps show only three results above the 10 organic. If your business is in, another one's phone stop ringing. Shortly this business owner will find it out and push another book under his leg.
The "books" I'm speaking here calls "citations".
If too many businesses doing that, Google will start to look into the organic factors to determine who will be the happy three businesses to get those phone calls or store visits.
