The cost of dental implants depends very much on the patient. When it comes to dental implants, one size doesn't fit all. Each individual patient is different, having a unique set of dental circumstances requiring a unique treatment plan. There are many different options when it comes to dental implant materials and systems. Of course, costs vary from region to region, and each practitioner has different pricing structures. But to provide an accurate cost for dental implant treatment, a patient must first be examined by a qualified practitioner to determine the materials and protocols that will work for that patient. There are often numerous options available, and the dentist or specialist must discuss each option with the patient before developing a dental implant treatment plan the patient can afford.

Also, it's important to make sure the dentist is highly trained and experienced in dental implant procedures. Most general dentists are not. Choose a specialist (Prosthodontist, Oral Surgeon or Periodontist) to surgically place dental implants.
